New buildings, furniture, so on. Quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Very close to Genova, Monaco, almost all Ligurian places of interest. Very helping and nice lady at the reception. The hotel is ideal for families with children - a playground, big green territory, a swimming pool (closes on 27 of September). Their own botanical garden is rather shabby, better take a car and visit Hanbury.
1) Never, ever consider staying there without a car. You can not go uphill (where the residence is) or downhill on foot. We were told that there is a path suitable only for hikers, but forget about it. Staying there without a car will mean you would have to take a taxi every time you wish to go somewhere, even to the supermarket, to the train station or to have a dinner (there is a restaraunt on the territory, but it is quite boring visiting it every day). Also, you have to have a car with automatic transmission, because the road to the hotel (and all the roads in the region) are very winding and steep. 2) Reception desk is not 24/7. Be sure you know what to do in the emergency situation if the reception is closed. 3) Internet connection is not free, besides, it's very expensive - 1euro for 1/2 hour. 1 hour is cheaper, but you can not use it in parts, so I think you will not enjoy sitting at the lobby for an hour, or even outside in the street, because those are the only places where it works. There is no wifi in the apartments. P.S And one thing that does not apply to the hotel. For non-EU shoppers: if you leave from airport of Genoa (which is really close) you will never find a TAX-free desk by yourself. Actually, there is NO TAX-free desk (where you can stamp your checks) in the departures in the airport. The secret is that it is in the ARRIVAL :) It is a good idea to check it out in advance and locate it. We stamped our checks the day before we left, and it was ok.

The hotel was a great base for a holiday, with its close proximity to the mountains, the beach, and the sea. My room was well-equipped and comfortable, with a private garden. I loved the stunning location of the venue. There was a Rally's Hamburgers within walking distance, which was super convenient.

The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location on a hill, with a beautiful park nearby, provides a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The basic amenities provided, including a separate bathroom and a sofabed in the kitchen area, offer convenience and comfort.
All was satisfactory during my stay.
